No special hardware or software is needed to view the 3D Tours. Almost all current web browsers support WebGL, the modern standard for 3D content viewed on the web. On desktop computers, WebGL is supported by the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. On mobile devices, WebGL is supported by Safari for iOS 8 and Chrome for Android. Our 3D cameras are High-Dynamic-Range Imaging (HDR) systems allowing the camera to adjust to changes in both light and dark areas. This allows the property to look good for scanning even on overcast days.

No, you are not required required to be at the property while we scan. The scanning process takes several hours depending on the size of the property and most realtors will just provide either a lockbox code or unlock the property and then leave. 

We understand that things change with your busy schedule however should you need to cancel, please do so more than 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be assessed with a cancelation fee.

Attached garages are not included in the sq./ft. calculations of home and are not scanned. If the garages are particularly nice and feature selling points that would improve the listing the realtor can choose to add a scan of the garage as an extra. Non-attached garages and other out-buildings are considered new separate scans.

The scanning process to create the 3D tours works best with natural daylight by adding light to a space and therefore night appointments are not available. However exterior twilight photography is available by request.
